Return & Shipping Policy

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of original purchase date for a full refund. If time period has passed since the date of purchase or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all returns that require shipping is at the expense of the customer. Invoice number and description of item(s) being returned along with reason for return is required to be emailed to us at laneysboutique1@gmail.com for a full refund. If you are shipping an item/order over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of original purchase date. If time period has passed since the date of purchase or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all exchanges that require shipping is at the expense of the customer for both ways, to and from Laneys Boutique. Invoice number and description of item(s) being returned along with reason for return is required to be emailed to us at laneysboutique1@gmail.com for a full exchange. If you are shipping an item/order over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS:

Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return package along with approval or rejection of the package.

If your return package is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
